dj is a multidisciplinary Melbourne artist whose work moves fluidly between music, film, dance, circus and collaborative art. He has written original music for documentaries, composed for short films, created soundscapes for contemporary dance works, and built immersive audio worlds for circus performances and experimental theatre. His practice is rooted in exploration — shaping beats, atmospheres and textures in the lab with the same obsessive curiosity as the greats like J Dilla. Beyond production, dj is a passionate singer, guitarist and songwriter, bringing a raw, emotional edge to his electronic work. Whether he’s crafting a score, building a soundscape, or writing songs, his focus is always on storytelling, connection and pushing sound into new cosmic spaces.
